Start Production Process of Your Order

If our beloved Customer Final the Color of Jersey include logos approved. Production Manager approved the test print and finally start the Production.

First step Designer make the files for Sublimated Print and other hand Quality controlled approved the Fabric. Both Step follow in Sublimated Printed Hall.

If Sublimated Print transfer with help of Heat Press on Polyester Fabric. So After completion of Transfer start the working of Cutting & Sorting.
It is Important factor in Sublimated Uniforms. Because After cutting, Sorting start the working of Quality Controller one by one of all Jersey & Short.  

Example of sublimation like cartoon, tattoo. Instead of printing or sewing your design onto the shirt, sublimation requires the ink to actually dye the fabric so it's ultra-permanent. We will take your custom football shirt design online and integrate it seamlessly into the real shirts.

This means no screen-printed sponsor crests or logos. The color does not fade after the 1st or 50th wash and no embroidered patches fall off. Your players will also appreciate sublimation. The shirt will remain lightweight regardless of the design so they can play their best throughout the 90 minutes.
